We have 3 really big initiatives that we’ve been building over the years. The Have A Nice Day Project is a community gathering where people write positive messages on blank coffee cup sleeves. Then we donate those sleeves to locally-owned cafes around Baltimore city. We partnered with theWairehouse to create Shine Your Light Baltimore, a message to Baltimore to shine anyway, no matter what others think of our city from the outside looking in. The message is popping up around the city, and our tshirt sales benefit local causes. And last but not least, Baltimore Womxn in Tech is empowering womxn in technology through networking, mentorship, and collaboration, we aim to empower womxn in our community.
