Established in 2015, our Have A Nice Day Project takes place once a quarter in a different venue in Baltimore for happy hour. Participants write positive messages on blank coffee cup sleeves, and then those sleeves are donated to local cafes around the city. The event fosters community and good vibes that keep on giving. For our last event in February, we took over Sky Bar Lounge at Mt. Washington Tavern in a critical mass of kindness.
Reporter Jamie Costello from ABC2 News stopped by to see what all the excitement was about. The story later appeared on the news as a “2 Good 2 be True” special. While we were unable to get an original clip of the story, we do have a recording here that you can watch. We love being a part of the good news that comes out of Baltimore.
Use this link to access the clip we recorded.
Our next event is going down at Wet City on April 17th, 6-8pm. This is a Light City Fringe Event. Come join us and have a good time while giving back creatively to the Baltimore community. #bmorenice
